Felix Neri advises and represents his clients in complex court and arbitral proceedings.

His main areas of practice comprise domestic and international litigation, in particular white-collar crime, mutual assistance in criminal matters, asset tracing, freezing and recovery, as well as general commercial litigation. He also advises clients in relation to Swiss trust regulatory framework and trust-related disputes and assists his clients implicated in multijurisdictional disputes by devising and implementing case management strategies.

Before joining Schifferli & Associés, Felix Neri worked as a Senior Associate at Lalive SA and as a Foreign Associate at Kingsley Napley LLP in London.

He was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2013 and is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Arbitration Association and the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC).
